I can’t recommend Josie enough. We contacted her for help with addressing our 14 month old’s sleep, she was waking every one to two hours all night and heavily reliant on us to fall asleep. She constructed a personalised, detail plan that we were easily able to follow. Our daughter was sleeping through the night within a week with minimal tears. We approached Josie for 1:1 support after attending one of her free workshops. Our 20 month old daughter was struggling to fall asleep at bedtimes, and getting very upset. After working through a personalised plan with Josie, after 10 days our daughter began falling asleep, in her cot, was able to self soothe and slept through the night for 11 hours. She now goes to bed and wakes up happy. It has been totally life changing for us as a family and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We got in contact with Josie after being recommended by a friend. Our baby is 4 months old and although we aren’t looking to start any formal sleeping plan yet, we have been struggling with daytime naps and a consistent bedtime so we’re after some advice. We had a 45 minute call with Josie and she was able to give us lots of really practical advice and also helped us to prioritise what we should look at doing first. She also gave us some much needed reassurance! Up front of the call Josie asked us to provide some information and it was clear that she was very prepared for the meeting and had written up some very clear notes for us to have afterwards.
